Urbanworks Engineering is operated by a dynamic team of dedicated, experienced and talented engineering professionals, including engineers, technologists, technicians, CAD operators, and support staff. The principals are committed to modernizing the industry, while remaining fully involved in the daily operations and evolution of the firm.
Principals
Marcin has nearly two decades of design and construction experience in the civil engineering sector. He is accountable for providing detailed design services and facilitating agency approval processes for various linear infrastructure and site plan projects throughout southern Ontario. With a special interest in transportation engineering, Marcin is closely involved in overseeing the design of new roadways as well as various road improvement projects.
In addition to assisting in the management of the Engineering Services Department at Urbanworks, Marcin is responsible for business development, cost control and budgeting, workload management, project tendering, client satisfaction and the overall business operations.
Outside of work, Marcin enjoys spending time with his wife and two energetic boys, traveling, weekends away at the cottage and exercising.

Taras has been involved in the land development industry for over two decades. He is responsible for providing detailed design services and facilitating agency approval processes for diverse municipal infrastructure and land development projects.
Taras leads teams of professionals in the delivery of project objectives, including site data collection, engineering design, coordination with approval agencies, and preparation of engineering drawings and contract documents. His services draw upon years of experience in various aspects of municipal engineering projects, including construction inspection, detailed design, feasibility and planning studies. Taras leads the Engineering Services Department at Urbanworks Engineering Corporation.
When not working, Taras enjoys road trips with his wife and son, working on his car, and weight lifting.

Michael is a Civil Engineer with two decades of experience in the field of water resources and municipal engineering. He has completed many stormwater management plans and pond designs all over the world. In addition to Michael’s extensive local experience, his international experience includes United States, Cuba, Guatemala, Brazil and United Arab Emirates.
Michael leads teams of professionals in preparation of infrastructure designs for the purpose of master planning reports, functional servicing reports and detailed design, including sewage and water supply systems. He oversees the preparation of all water resources engineering deliverables at various project stages. Michael manages the Water Resources Department at Urbanworks Engineering Corporation.
On his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and playing/ coaching soccer.
