Principals
With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction, Marcin leads detailed design services and guides agency approvals for a wide range of linear infrastructure and site plan projects across southern Ontario.
With a particular focus on transportation engineering, he oversees the design of new roadways as well as road improvement initiatives.
In addition to co-managing the Engineering Services Department at Urbanworks, Marcin is responsible for business development, budgeting and cost control, workload management, project tendering, client relations, and overall operational leadership.
Outside of work, Marcin enjoys spending time with his wife and two energetic boys, traveling, weekend getaways at the cottage, and staying active through regular exercise.

Taras leads teams in delivering projects from start to finish, including site data collection, engineering design, coordination with approval agencies, and preparation of engineering drawings and contract documents.
Drawing on 20+ years of experience across municipal engineering — from construction inspection and detailed design to feasibility and planning studies — he brings expertise and leadership to every project.
Taras currently heads the Engineering Services Department at Urbanworks Engineering Corporation.
Outside of work, Taras enjoys road trips with his wife and son, working on his car, and weightlifting.

Michael is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in water resources and municipal engineering. He has designed and managed numerous stormwater management plans and pond projects both locally and internationally, with work spanning the United States, Cuba, Guatemala, Brazil, and the United Arab Emirates.
At Urbanworks Engineering Corporation, Michael leads teams in developing infrastructure designs for master planning reports, functional servicing reports, and detailed design projects, including water supply and sewage systems. He oversees all water resources engineering deliverables across project stages and manages the Water Resources Department.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and playing or coaching soccer.
