Projects

Since inception in 2018, Urbanworks Engineering Corporation has contributed to the development of a diverse range of development projects in southern Ontario.  Our typical projects include subdivisions (residential or industrial), site plans (residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use), and linear infrastructure (roads, bridges/ culverts, trunk sewers, and road widenings).  We have also completed floodplain studies and bridge/ culvert designs including watercourse realignments to maximize development potential for our clients in development sensitive areas.  

Most of our projects are situated within the Greater Toronto Area, with several located in other parts of Southern Ontario; therefore, our engineering team has developed expert knowledge of the development review, approval, and construction management process working with local and regional municipalities as well as other agencies within the GTA.  Our project sites range in size, scope, and complexity.  Some being single estate lots simply requiring a service upgrade and grading for a custom home while others are large subdivisions/ development blocks comprised of over 50 hectares in developable land with 500+ residential lots combined with other land uses.
