Since 2018, Urbanworks Engineering has delivered a wide range of development projects across Southern Ontario, including subdivisions, site plans, and linear infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and trunk sewers. We also undertook various floodplain studies and bridge/culvert designs, including watercourse realignments, to maximize development potential in development sensitive areas.
 

Our projects vary from single-lot custom homes to large subdivisions exceeding 50 hectares with 500+ residential lots and mixed uses. With extensive experience in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, our team is well-versed in navigating municipal approvals and construction management processes.
